We are Licensed and experienced realtors, MBA‘s and Certified Associates in Project Management, we are a Class A builder with 30 years of experience, we offer high rates of return on lines of credit to only be used for real estate development, rehabilitation and flips. We are uniquely qualified to ride this pony. We have done multiple 203k loans and follow renovations all the way through the staging and sales process. We are the realtor, designer, and builder. I seek to remove the middleman and streamline the process. This loan will be totally collateralized in first position with a guaranteed 12% return on investment annually interest only. Traditional financing is time consuming and full of red tape. While we're asking for a 1 year term, we believe in 3-5 years we will no longer need outside investors to build & grow portfolio.
